Dog Training in Mount Holly, NJ

(and beyond!)

If you're in Mount Holly or anywhere around Burlington County and you're trying to figure out where to start, here's what I offer and how to find the right fit.

Some people want to be hands-on in the process. Some need something more intensive. Some aren't ready for in-person yet but know something needs to change. There's a starting point here for all of it.

A different kind of board and train..

Reset mode!

A blended approach to immersive dog training.

If your dog needs more than weekly lessons, or things feel far enough off the rails that you need concentrated help, this is where we start.

Most board and train programs send your dog away, work with them in a controlled environment, and hand them back at the end. That works sometimes. But a lot of dogs come home looking great and then slowly unravel once real life kicks back in. The kids come home, the routine comes back, the squirrel is still outside the window, and the progress doesn't hold the way you hoped.

The Blended Training Program works differently.

Your dog gets immersive, concentrated training several days a week. But they come home regularly throughout the process, and you stay involved along the way. That means we can see what's transferring into your actual home and routines, adjust what isn't, and make sure you understand what's changing.

It's a strong fit for dogs dealing with:

  • Reactivity

  • Anxiety

  • Overexcitement

  • Impulse control

  • Difficulty settling in everyday environments

And for owners who feel like they've tried things and nothing is sticking, or who want real support rather than a finished dog handed back at the end.

Not sure if this is the right fit? Reach out and we'll figure it out together.

Private Dog Training Classes in Mount Holly, NJ

Teamwork makes the dreamwork!

If you want to be part of the process and really understand what’s going on with your dog, this is where most people start.

We work together through a series of in-home and real-world sessions in Mount Holly, NJ and surrounding areas—so your dog learns how to behave where it actually matters.

Instead of just telling your dog what to do, we focus on helping them settle, pay attention, and make better decisions.

And at the same time, you’ll learn how to handle situations in a way that actually makes sense—so you’re not second-guessing yourself every time something comes up.

Start here if you’re not quite ready for in-person training

If you’re not quite ready to jump into in-person training but you know something needs to change, this gives you a clear place to start.

No guessing, no piecing things together from random videos.

It walks you through how to create more calm at home, build better routines, and start shifting your dog’s behavior in a way that actually makes sense.

It’s simple, structured, and meant to help you start seeing progress without feeling overwhelmed. When you’re ready to dig in a little deeper, apply this goes towards the cost of a program later on!

Real-World Day Training

Dog Camp

Let’s go

to camp!

This is where things really start to come together.

Dog Camp is made up of small group outings in local South Jersey forests, where dogs practice being calm, social, and neutral in real environments.

Each outing is intentionally structured so your dog can learn how to behave around other dogs, new environments, and everyday distractions without becoming overwhelmed and making bad choices.

I pick the dogs up, take them out for a focused training hike (don’t worry it’s not all work, there’s plenty of fun to be had) and bring them back home fulfilled, tired, and better behaved.

This is a great fit for friendly, social dogs. They don’t need to be perfect! As long as they play nice with others, we work on the rest!

Most of the dogs I work with aren’t “bad”, they just don’t know how to handle the world yet. Like when we graduated high school knowing algebra but not how to file taxes.

Dogs that pull on leash, bark at everything, and lose their marbles the second you step outside. Dogs that seem fine at home, but fall apart as soon as you go anywhere. Dogs that technically know things… but can’t follow through when it actually matters. If any of this sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.

It’s usually not a training problem, it’s a regulation problem. And once we work on that piece, everything else gets easier.
